IT support prices

We offer a fixed price and pay as you go service. Fixed price takes a more 'proactive' approach with regards to maintenance and you have protection from unexpected support costs for 12 months.

However, some businesses choose not to have a 12 month fixed price and pay a higher hourly rate as and when problems occur. This is a more 'reactive' approach which cannot include ongoing maintenance. See below matrix.
